We are actively recruiting a Senior Analyst, Private Equity and Infrastructure who is prepared to help the manager oversee a part of the portfolio and perform financial analyses. Your role in detail:
- Helping the Manager oversee a portion of the private equity and infrastructure portfolio
- Monitoring the market
- Performing financial analyses of investment opportunities
- Preparing documentation relevant to the various investment approval processes
- Supporting the Manager in the administrative process of acquiring new investments
- Working with various experts (lawyers, consultants, partners and other parties to transactions)
- Analyzing the evolving financial situations of the companies in the portfolio
- Participating in the development and use of various investment portfolio management tools
Have your peers recognized you for your collaborative spirit and proficiency in writing and communication? Do your analytical skills and ability to synthesize set you apart?
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
- Intermediate to senior experience in private equity, infrastructure, private debt, M&A, or any others relevant sector
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (specifically Excel)
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written) for frequent interaction with internal French- and English-speaking partners and colleagues worldwide
Desired skills (assets):
- CFA completed, or registered for exams
- Master’s degree
